Please clarify your dosage for Xanax as the highest possible mg strength is 3 mg per tablet and is unlikely that any doctor would perscrib 30 mg to be taken at once; you should only take this medication as prescribed and same goes for Suboxone; it is only avalible up to 8 mg per sublingual tablet.
A Xanax overdose can kill you.
Xanax and Suboxone are both central nervous system depressants and the use of these two drugs together should be monitored. Some side effects may include, but are not limited to, ataxia, confusion, drowsiness, respiratory depression, and weakness. Since both medications have the potential to depress CNS function it is important to recognize that the risk of unwanted effects may increase with such use.

I take 1mg or two of kolonopin, with 10mg of lexapro with 4-8mgs of suboxone. it works great for me, but you'll have to be very careful not to exceed more than 3mgkolonopin or a high dose of suboxone such as 16-24mg.

The antagonist you speak of is called naloxone, which is also know as narcan and is used to treat overdose of opiates. But when suboxone is taken sublingually(under your tongue) most of the naloxone is rendered inactive. It is mainly in there to keep people from "shooting up" the suboxone. Bupremorphine is active ingredient in suboxone and is a semi-synthetic opiate itself. That is what take away the withdrawal symptoms. Message me if you have any other questions about Suboxone. I know this is true because my doctor asked if I needed a higher dose and I am already at 24mg and sometimes takes 32.
