I'm not a mechanic / technician , but I believe the answer is ( No )
From what I have read , the 4.0 liter OHV , Ford V6 engine had ( 3 ) engine
blocks
( 1990 to 1994 )
( 1995 and 1996 )
( 1997 to 2000 )
There were different amounts of bolt holes in the outside of the engine blocks for the accessories etcetera
