I'm about 95% sure it won't...i took the starter off my 91 integra ls and gave it to my dad and he went to put it on his 94 Honda accord and he told me it did not fit so if it don't fit one way I'm sure it won't fit the other. Since I didn't try to put it on the accord myself I can not say I'm 100% sure it won't work but I trust my dad enough to say I'm 95% sure
It will not work. A 1993 Honda Accord has a 4x114.3mm bolt pattern. A 1997 Acura Integra has a 4x100mm bolt pattern.
