Certainly, but you'd have to mate it to the Dodge transmission (or, better yet, swap in a 4L60E, since Dodge's transmissions are trash), and you're going to have quite a time getting the electrical to match up. If you want a 4.3, either buy the one I'm selling or get a GM vehicle with one. The swap you have in mind really wouldn't be worth it.
