As you frequently aerobically AND anaerobically exercise, you are helping your heart reduce the amount of work it takes to produce that same level of output. Because your heart is a muscle and the better shape it is in, the less harder it needs to work. That is why many athletes who are in tremendous shape may have a lower heart rate because the heart can still pump blood throughout the body without doing as much work as a heart that is diseased. If you have clogged arteries for example, it takes the heart that much more work to do it's job to get the blood pumped through to the lungs/body as it would if it did not have any resistance such as an athelete who has a healthy heart.
As you do more aerobic training, the heart wall decreases in thickness so can now hold a greater volume of blood (as the size of heart stays the same), because the heart, (left ventricle, which pumps oxygenated blood to the body) has a greater volume, heart rate can decrease because it can still keep up with oxygen demand.
The formula, Cardiac output (Q) = stroke volume x heart rate shows this easily.
Q = SV x HR
Q = 60 ml x 80b.p.m. (untrained person)
Q = 80 ml x 60b.p.m (trained person)
The cardiac output (amount of blood pumped by heart per minute) is still the same in both people but the trained person has a greater stroke volume so their heart rate can decrease, as it is still keeping up with demand.
yes
The Yoga Exercise is the best for gradually slowing down the resting heart rate. Reduce your stress, medical conditions, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and supplements then your heart rate gradually slow down and you’ll feel better.
Health benefits of losing weight are lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar and less risk for heart disease.
moderate aerobic exercise will , over time, reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. It will also reduce heart rate at rest, reduce body weight, which reduces mild hypertension. Hope this helped !!
when your resting your heart beats slowly because your relaxing
A good resting heart rate is when your heart beats good and when your heart is in a good position.

112 is Kind of high resting heart rate is normally 60 to 80
is the resting heart rate is fastest in adult life
Cardiovascular fitness can lead to a decrease in resting heart rate.
People with resting heart rates above 70 bpm are at higher risk for Heart disease.
Exercise is important to reduce blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol can increase plaque and increase the risk of heart attack and stroke and high blood pressure. Exercise can help reduce weight. Obesity destroys arteries, causes strokes and heart attacks, and destroys the kidneys. Exercise keeps the heart and lungs in good condition. Exercise reduces the resting blood pressure and resting heart rate, both important in reducing overall stress on the circulatory system. So why am I sitting here answering these questions when I should be active right now?
A resting heart rate of 55 for a 45 year old is ideal.
