Depends. if your walking/running fast and really getting a work out then yes. i eat a lot and i dance Ballet 1 hour once every week and run a lot and it's working.
Ballroom dancing is an aerobic exercise. If you do it long enough you get the exact same benefits as strenuous walking, but it's also more fun.
It's best to not measure it in distance. Walk "briskly", meaning fast enough to feel that you're "pushing it", for between 45 and 60 minutes. Ideally you want to walk fast enough that you can't talk in full sentences but you're not "gasping" for breath. Maintain that for IDEALLY 60 minutes for maximum benefit.
It depends on the person walking when it comes to how long it will take to walk 1.50 miles. Usually it takes about 20 - 30 minutes to walk just 1 mile. It depends on how fast the person is walking.
Tight enough to look hot, loose enough to wear for 4 hours of dancing.
Osteoporosis is when the bones are more prone to fracture than normal. You can prevent it by getting enough calcium (1000-1500mg daily depending) and vitamin D (about 800 IU for most people) and by gettign weight bearing exercise like walking, running, or dancing.
Yes.
Not enough. Go to the gym, fatty.
either because you're not feeding it enough or bathing or because your not walking it enough.
Too much beer and not enough restrooms. It's a joke, of course...
Well, Jabba kill the dancing to tell people that "if you don't do as i say you will be punished". like the dancer.
Absolutely not. Talk to a doctor, make sure you are healthy enough and maybe try to lose some of your gut before you start. The trick is to start slowly with interval training. Mix walking with your running and be very disciplined in the timing of the intervals. For example start with 1 minute running and two minutes walking and slowly increase your running times keeping the walking interval at one to two minutes. Try to add a minute of running every week. Don't worry about speed and be aware of what is going on in your body.
20 Minutes is enough for normal life style
