Italy joined the allies in 1915 and America joined in 1917 and served only eight months in the war. Russia exited the War in late 1917, due to civil war.

Russia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Great Britain, France, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Ottoman Empire, Morocco, Spanish Morocco, Algeria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Persia, Arabia, Italy, Greece, Serbia, Egypt, Libia, Tunisia......Pretty much all of Europe, but the USA was involved in this, too. The USA joined the war in the neutral nations in 1917, 1 year before the Treaty of Brest Litovsk and the Treaty of Versailles was signed by Germany and Austria-Hungary. :)
