There seems to be some conflicting thoughts on this, but what I have taken from it is the following:
You need something before hand - maybe a 60/40 combination of protein/carbs (very little fat). Afterwards is of course essential to getting some protein in the anabolic window, and this would be a good time for the protein shake. Add a few carbs with that and you'll be fine.
The best way to get a football is buy one. If you are curious on how a football is made it is made from cutting the material that the ball is made of, pressing the material, lacing it up, and then it is flattened to have the bladder added to it before it is blown up.
Yes you will still gain muscle. If you eat during the day your body takes in protein. This alone will help muscle recover and build mass. While taking in protein immediatly after lifting will help promote muscle growth, protein taken in while eating throughout the day will also help

Milk is a protein rich drink and it is best useful when consumed after a workout session (Lifting weights) After a workout, our muscles would be in catabolic state and providing them with sufficient energy and proteins is very essential to ensure that our muscles grow in size and shape. If we fail to provide the necessary nutrition, we can expect muscles to shrink instead of grow. Milk and other protein rich foods like eggs, cashews, protein powders etc can be considered for a post-workout diet.
cocaine.
Yes
You can't. You just go like we are curious. Curios is an adjective so we are going to need a auxiliary verb before it. Hope it helped! :D
both protein helps before and after
You can avoid injuries in weight lifting by doing a warm up session before you begin lifting weights and ensuring that you use the weights appropriately.
Too be honest, I wouldn't recommed it. If you are performing you weight training at a high intensity, your stomach might not like the eggs very much. On the other hand, you are on the right track because taking a protein supplement before lifting is a good idea. Try drinking a protein shake before you lift, or some other good source of protein right before. If you cant, or don't have time don't really worry about it. The most important thing to remember is DEFINITELY get your protein intake right after your workout. This is a major contributor to muscle gain. Your body needs all the protein it can get after a hard workout. Just remember, your body can only metabilize (or break down) about 40 g an hour so don't over do it or you will just be wasting it. For instance if you come home from your workout and drink a protein shake at 20g, eat a chicken breast at 20 grams and eat 2 hard boiled eggs and 14 grams, your body will only use about 40g of that in a hour and you will get rid of the other 14. Hope this helps!!
