This changes the point at which the automatic transmission shifts. With "power" enabled the van will shift at a higher RPM.
This switches between a "power" and "economy" mode, depending on whether you might be towing something, for example. It is normally on E.
You have to remove the instrument cluster to get access to the bulbs.
In the fuse box under the dash. The one you are looking for is most likely called "instrument lights".
On the left side of the console is a button labeled power. When this button is pushed a power light comes on in dash. This button is used when you need more power such as climbing a steep grade.

Open the drivers side door,look at the end or side of dash where door meets. Try that Look under the dash where the other fuses are and you will see a little fuse block with a tiny red reset button. If the button is out, push it in to reset your window fuse. My windows have quit working twice and I had to do this, and then I haven't had the problem in months.
There is no button under the dash for the air conditioning. All the buttons are located on the panel. The relay is in the power distribution box.
