You replaced the defective ECM in your 96 chev suburban 350 vortex with a used one that works from the same year and part numbe is there anything you need to do other then install and drive?

If your sure it came from the exact same year, make, and model it will work. But that ECM was used in various applications so the chip could be for a different model and affect driveability.
