Here's the main weigh to loose weight.

1 Dont expect it to show in a couple of days. it takes many many days

2. Don't diet because they dont work. Change your lifestyle

3. Eat every 2 hours.

4. have breakfast. A snack. Lunch. A snack. Dinner. A small snack.

5. You can eat as much vegstables as you want ( exept potatoes)

6. Everything in moderation is good for you, even potatoes

7. Its OK to have chips once in a while, and ice cream to just dont all the time, and only eat it when your hungry so u burn up the fat and calories faster!

8. Exersize.
