Had the oil changed and the battery replaced today a couple of hours later the rpm went really high and then down to 0 and wont crank will turn over but not crank?
We do not understand "crank" and "turn over" are the same thing.

When you say 'crank over' are you saying the engine won't do anything? First check your battery and then your starter or starter solenoid. You can turn the crank to check if the block is seized or not.
