If you crimp the three wires running to the inertia switch together and remove the switch, it will close the circuit thus bypassing the swich. I have a 1993 Ford Probe SE that this has been done to and as of yet it has no direct or indirect complications from doing this. A Gene Probe is a term used to label several techniques used to identify a Gene Loci. a gene probe is often a piece of genetic material, that mirrors the target gene, and is also 'tagged' with dye so it can be identified.
If you've done all that you say, then the next logical thing would be to check the continuity of the circuit. If you've replaced the switch place a propbe at the fuse block and the other probe at the switch to see if there is any power reaching the switch. If there is power to the switch, then check from the switch to one of the window motors. I suspect that one of the wires between the switch and the window motor(s) is probably broken or shorted to ground. ALSO: Does your vehicle have a safety child lock-out switch for the windows? Make sure that it is not in the lock position.
Yes. Be sure to change the neutral switch from your probe as the mazda's will plug in but is wired different.

find fuel cut off switch
are you sure its fuel cut out? my probe would not start traced problem to electronics inside distributor had failed [common fault on probe]
in the trunk. under the carpet, in the leftside quarterpanel
The oil pressure switch should be above the oil filter on the back of the engine on a 2.2L.
hi, i could'nt find the inertia switch on my ford probe 1994 for ages. Eventually I found it just above the wheel arch on passenger side in boot but you have to remove the plastic covering. Not easy to locate. Hope this helps.
