move the stearing wheel slightly back and forth, then stay at your chosen position that you tunred your stearng wheel then turn key

If the car turns over, gets gas and just will not start try the ignition module. CAR TURNS OVER
the cam position sensor and ignition coil are inside the distributor. the crank position sensor is located on the bottom front of the engine, behind the belts on the left side.
need to change ignition switch
either the ignition coil is bad or the crank for the camfhsaft position sensor is not touching the sensor i jsut had to do that to my car so check both of those

the ground wire running from the starter solinoid to the starter sounds to be bad

Assuming it turns over ok...and has fuel... Tryreplacing the Crankshaft position Sensor...then the Mass Air Flow Sensor.
Crank Position Sensor
If it turns over but won't start, it could be a number of things. You must determine if ts getting fuel as well as a spark. Me f the simple things t could be is a bad cam position señor. Start there.

Start at 1 1/2 turns from "seat" position and adjust each screw equally until you get the best and smoothest idle
Turn your key to the on position and see if your theft light is blinking. If it is then leave the key on for about 10 mintues. The light will go off. and then it might start.
If someone turns against you,they start behaving bad. They start ignoring you and not caring for you.
One does not 'start' an oven, one turns it on.
