The best way to lose weight quickly is to go on a diet of about 2000 calories a day and have 5 bits of fruit and vegetables everyday as well also do lots of exercise. Become a member at your local gym. If you haven't got the money go for jogs of about 2 miles and slowly build up. As for getting abs plenty of sit ups and push ups ought to do the trick. Dont forget to have fun and remember results wont come overnight so be persistant.
If you are already skinny don't lose anymore weight. You have to work at your abs by actually physically working them out properly at a gym or with guidance and you have to eat.
Crunches alone will not help you to lose weight. They will strengthen your abs, but they will not do anything for the flab on top of them, and they can often cause pudge to stick out and look worse. If you do other kinds of ab exercises you can effectively flatten your belly, but the only way to lose weight is to cut back your daily caloric intake and both strength train and do cardio, only using ab exercises to define/flatten your abs.
You can improve the tone of your abdominal muscles by working them out regularly. Weight lossis achieved by lowering caloric intake.
The new abs diet is where you just work out a lot specifically on your abs. It is a diet if you want to have a good looking stomach area, but not good if you want to lose weight.
yes it does. this machine doesnt help you lose weight. just makes your abs harder.
crunches-u get stomache muscle, abs, and lose baby fat running or jogging loses leg fat and gains good muscle sports lose weight
Crunching is not the most effective abs workout. Most of these effective exercises target multiple abdominal muscles.
Swimming, or any other exercise, builds muscle and burns calories. Whether you lose weight will depend on if you're eating, in total, more calories than you burn each day. See also:Losing weight
Diet is as or more important for abs than working out.
i have abs and i am 84 pounds
Having abs is 100% to do with body fat percentage, you need to lose weight if you want abs to show through (everyone has abs) whether these abs are large and impressive however depends from person to person and you can increase them with ab exercises. But as I said to get these abs to show you need a low 8-12% bodyfat percentage.
In my view cardio, aerobics and zumba are very helpful to lose weight. I used to prefer cardio only, in cardio we can do push-ups for chest, pull-ups for back/biceps, lungs and hamstring for legs and finally crunches for abs. By doing these exercises we can lose weight effectively in that particular areas.
