Vitamin D? We used to think that Vitamin D was only good for your bone health. But that is not true any more. About 25 years ago some researchers found that people in the northern climate - like Canada and Northern Europe - had larger incidents of cancer. That raised a lot of eyebrows. Since then they have found out that Vitamin D - particular in its (liquid) calciterol form- is produced by our exposure to the sun. It has also become clear now that the lack of Vitamin D is the cause of many cancers, but especially of breast and prostrate cancer.
