Since we can not draw pictures on here I will try to explain.

Real basic, look at these "W" below:

WW

the two hot conductors would be attached to the top of the "W"s, one on the far left and one on the far right. Connect the two "W"s together in the middle. The grounded conductor would be attached where the "W"s are connected. In the US, you would have 240 volts between the two hots and 120 volts between each individual hot and ground.

Draw the equivalent circuit of UJT?

we can draw an equivalent circuit for UJT USING a DIODE and two resistors.draw a diode in emitter lead ..draw the two resistors in series. As rb1 in base 1 lead ..and rb2 in base 2 lead ..draw rb1 as variable resistor. And put a voltage to the ujt in order to get a positive voltage in base two lead.

How do you calculate thevenis resistance in thevenis ckt?

First, remove all current and voltage sources ie replace voltage source with a short and keep current source open. Now draw the equivalent resistance-only circuit and find the equivalent resistance as viewed from the terminals of the circuit.

How to determine amp draw in an electrical circuit?

To determine amp draw in an electrical circuit, you can use Ohm's Law, which states that current (amps) equals voltage divided by resistance. Measure the voltage across the circuit and the resistance of the components in the circuit, then divide the voltage by the resistance to calculate the amp draw.

What does a draw out circuit breaker mean?

A draw-out circuit breaker is a type of circuit breaker that can be easily removed from its housing for maintenance or replacement without having to shut down the entire system. This feature allows for quick and convenient access to the circuit breaker for servicing purposes.

What is meant by calculate the equivalent resistance of the circuit from the measured potential difference across the battery and the current through the battery is there a formula for this?

In a complex circuit with various elements (resistors, capacitors etc.) and one battery, the various circut elements contribute to draw a certain amount of current "I"from the battery at some terminal voltage "V". The "equivalent" resistance of the various circuit elements is that resistance "R" which will draw the same current , at the same terminal voltage, as the complex circuit. So to find "R" you simply imagine replacing the complex circuit with "R" by attaching "R" across the terminals of the battery and use Ohms law to find "R" , demanding "I" and "V" are the same. So then R = V/I.
