Second, Warming up is considered stretching. So i changed the Question from "Do you always stretch before warming up?" to Do you always stretch before Working out Playing Sports etc.?

It is important to stretch before and after you exercise because if you dont you will get sore after.
You should walk or stretch before and after exercise, as a warm-up and a cool-down, for the best results.
stretch before exercising
Stretching after and before an exercise achieves both of those goals while also improving blood flow, which aids in muscle recovery from either an intense or light activity. Stretching before a workout can make your muscles looser and warm up the body. After exercise is the ideal time to stretch.
