Unfortunately, you can get away with "eating a lot" is you're trying to successfully lose weight. This is due to the surplus of energy that is produced when too many Calories are consume by Carbohydrates and fats in particular.

However, there are some very good Diets that actually fill you up when finished eating them. Here's one that my friend used with great success. The one problem is that she was sick of eating doing this Diet! Here's the breakdown of it;


Breakfast: 200mls of 100% Orange Juice
40 grams of special K

Lunch: 2 Chicken Breasts
2 large handfuls of non-starchy Carbs such as broccoli, mangetout, lettuce, cauliflower

Dinner: Same as lunch but with a glass of milk

Before bed: 2 egg whites


That's it! She was losing 4-5lbs per week consistently on this Diet so it's tried and tested.
