weld yourself to the ground at the waist than use rope to bind your feet to a hook

conveniantly placed between your feet -

To stop your body from sliding along the floor when doing sit-ups it is important to make sure that your feet don't move and that you are doing them correctly.

1) Keeping your feet grounded- there are a few ways to do this, you could have someone hold them down for you, hook them under a piece of furniture or under a door.

2)Doing a proper sit-up- Start by laying down with your knees bent so that your ankles are close to your butt, ground your feet, bend your elbows placing your hands beside your ears or keep your hands at your side.

-Roll your body up using your abdominal muscles until your elbows touch your knees, and then lower your body back completely down to the floor.

-Don't raise your hips before your sit-up, you will slide and could hurt/strain your back.

-Don't link your fingers behind your head, you could strain your neck and it makes the sit-up easier so you won't get the results you want as quickly.
