That's a tough one considering the fact that I don't know the body type and personality type of the women. Body types are important so you should be aware of what your is. Personality types come into play when the female does exercise.

I would say, start off light and then build up your repititions on a week by week basis.

Example:

WeeK 1

20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 40 - 30 - 20

Week 2

40 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 60 - 50 - 40

Do as many pushups in a row as possible and then go for a set of 10, 15, 20 pushups that are easier to reach your daily goal.
