I agree with everything stated above except now they say 60 minutes a day with the obesity pandemic.

BUT REMEMBER EXERCISE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE STRICT JUST ENJOY IT AND DO AS MUCH AS YOU FEEL LIKE EVERY DAY BUT THE DAILY RECOMMENDED AMOUNT IS 45-60 MINUTE'S!!!!!

I exercise 3 hours a day and I'm in great shape. 60 minutes is definitely not the max just the requirement

The daily requirement for a 12-14year old is not strict and you should enjoy yourself as much as possible.
