if you are going to warm up for a hard session, its vital you do it properly, otherwise you will cause damage.A good warm up i like to is 2 laps (400m) of a light jog then stop and stretch your muscles, making sure you do it properly, even twice if you need to.After i get on the rower machine for 5 minutes to get my heart rate going! warm up complete.It may sound like a lot of effort but its worth it
