That means raise your right arm to meet your left leg, rest, then left arm to right leg. Start slow at first to get your rythem, then proceed as you see fit. Another thing is grab a broom witha towel wrpaed around it, rest the wrped towel part on the back of your neck, stand up, grab the ends of the broom, or large stick, and twist with your feet not moving. This adds attention to your side abs.
