Physical exercise keeps muscles healthy by stimulating them and increasing blood flow to the fibers. To maintain muscle size, they just need to be stimulated regularly.
To increase muscle mass, something else has to happen. The muscle fibers need to be stimulated to the point where they start to crack and tear. The gaps then fill in with muscle fiber making them bigger. The pain you feel is inflammation of newly torn fibers. Inflammation is usually harmless but if it is in the joints in can be destructive. It's not the inflammation that causes the muscles to grow so anti-inflammatory drugs can reduce the pain and damage to the joints.
lactate
It is caused by the build up of lactic acid in the muscles.
musles
get big or die trying init is all up to man lol
because you can pull a muscle and strain them and you will cramp up really badly
because when you exercise your muscles are strained and get micro tears in them which is normal. the tears cause your muscles to hurt but when they heal the muscle gets larger and stronger like building callsuses in skin so if your muscles don't hurt after exercise then you don't gain any muscles.
Engaging in vigorous intensity aerobic exercise can improve cardiovascular health, increase endurance, boost metabolism, aid in weight management, enhance mood and mental well-being, and strengthen muscles and bones.
During vigorous exercise the heart is moving more oxygenated blood into the muscles, so it has to pump faster.
torn muscle tissue
Muscle contraction and relaxation require salts which are lost through sweat during vigorous exercise. This causes some muscles particularly low in these materials to contract uncontrollably, creating a cramp.
The main difference between moderate and vigorous exercise is the intensity level. Moderate exercise is done at a moderate intensity level where you can still talk comfortably, while vigorous exercise is done at a higher intensity level where it is difficult to hold a conversation.
there is an lactic acid produced by the muscles when we exercise. this acid needs to be oxidized by the liver and more oxygen is needed which is just taken when u are exercising. when we stop doing exercise the amount of oxygen take in decreases and the remaining acid accumulates in muscles and causes muscle fatigue
