Like most muscles, the triceps can cramp after a period of exercise, and is usually caused by poor posture, insufficient stretching, or overtraining. Muscles may also cramp as a result of dehydration, or as a result of certain acute medical conditions.

Petorial muscles
Your triceps are ment to be bigger....after all they are two thrids of the upper arm....people seem to focus on increasing the size of their biceps, this doesn't make there arms look much bigger and also can cause great damage. If I were you I would work out your triceps just as much as biceps, if not more ;)
The push up is actually what is termed a 'total body' exercise. While it is known as an upper body exercise, it works more muscles than just the chest and the arms. Done from the toes, a push up challenges you to push 60% of your bodyweight, while working your abdominals and your glutes (butt). In fact, the push up is a fantastic abdominal exercise, so make sure it becomes part of your exercise program! Doing a push up from the knees is simpler and less effective.
The atissimus obrsi abdominals is the prime mover in a sit up.
