No. You're eighteen and legally considered an adult now. You can do as you please. However, I suggest you check out the price of putting a roof over your own head, feeding yourself, etc. etc. etc. before you burn all your bridges. Life ain't cheap.

The legal age of majority, the age at which a person is considered an adult and no longer under the custody of parents, for the state is 18. That being the case, an 18-year-old can leave school without parental consent, although to do so before graduating would not be the best of choices.

Yes. If the 18-year-old is still in school and wants to move out, but her parents tell her she can't, by law, she has the legal right to move out.

at 16, but of course that would be extremely foolish because no one will hire a person without at least a high school diploma unless it is for menial work in dead-end jobs.
