To evolve a Pichu you need to make it very happy and then you make it gain a lvl. and it evolves then. To make it happy I suggest that you give it many stat boosters lige HP up and protein. Another way that I used on my lvl. 1 Pichu is to take many of those berrys that makes your Pokemon happier but lowers a stat like the tomato berry. Since it´s low level it wont get affected by the stat lowering after giving it one once and therfore it´s a win, win situation after feeding it the first berry. Hope it helped you ;)

Take two Pikachu, a male and a female (release the rest unless you really want a lot of Pikachu), and give them to the Day Care. Eventually, you will get an egg that will hatch into a Pichu that knows Volt Tackle!
Shiny Pichu with volt tackle on pearl?
um...... I don't know how to have a shiny pichu with volt tackle but I do know how to do them seperate, unless you have pokesav which you can get at projectpokemon.org. Pichu with volt tackle you have to have a pikachu that carries the item light ball, use a Yanma that has compound eyes as an ability. put it 1st in your party, now go to the garden where you can catch it, it will take a while to find one with light ball so catch about 20 pikachus just to make sure. put the pikachu with another of the opposite gender (male and female can carry light ball) pikachu or fairy type at day care. for shiny pichu you have to get an action replay code for it.
My Pokemon at the daycare wont stop producing eggs Two Pikachu and about 8 Pichu and or Pichu eggs with volt tackle why is this happening?
It is only because you have 2 pikachus in the day care take one out and see what happens.
