Possibly a bad headlight switch or connector. I just had a `93 Sable that the headlights would turn off when the right indicator was selected, and come back on as soon as it turned off. The signal/wiper switch was in rough shape (washers didn't work and wipers only worked on high) so I changed it out. headlights still shut off on right turn signal. Pulled the dash and found the headlight switch over heating, and connector melted. Replaced connector and switch. SOLVED...

If fuses are good, I'd check all bulbs on that circuit. Take note that many vehicles have multiple lights on one circuit. Start with the parking light bulbs though.
