If you write in this part, the computer thinks your question has been answered. And no- until you are 18, you need permission from your parent that has custody of you/
it depends which state you live in. If you are in Missouri then yes, you can go live with her without parental consent.
In most states your parents can waive their parental rights and sign them over to your grandma so that would make your grandmother your legal guardian until you are age 18.
I hope that this helps some. :)
{| |- | Only if mom says it is okay. Parents are responsible for their children until they reach the age of majority. This is 18 in most states and countries around the world. The responsibility includes determining where the child should live. |}

once emancipated
goes to grandmother and yes he still has to pay just not to you
With parental permission, yes.
NO, IF THE CHILD IS NOT ON THE LEASE. IF THE HOUSE IS OWNED BY THE GRANDMOTHER THAN THE CHILD STILL CAN'T LIVE THERE BECAUSE HE/SHE IS NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE
The minor would need permission from the court that placed her with the foster parents before she could move into her grandmother's home.

It would require a court order to do so officially. Otherwise, they live where their parents say they live.
If both sides are willing to allow it, sure.
It most likely depends on the state you live in. Most states you are a legal adult at the age of 17. It also probably depends on your situation.
