Yes Orihime likes Ichigo. NO, actually, she more like LOVES him. If you read the Shonen Jump from March or Apirl it proves my point. She gets jealous just because Rukia made Ichigo really happy.

SPOILER ALERT! (If you haven't seen the show yet don't read on)
In the beginning of the show Kish see's Ichigo as an "interesting toy" and begins to obsess over her, stealing kisses and flirting with her playfully (but is still willing to kill her for Deep Blue) Then as the show progresses Kish starts having real feelings for Ichigo so then kidnaps her and tells her that her loves her; Ichigo rejects him. Then I think it's the second last or the last episode; Kish confesses his love once again and protects her from Deep Blue.
