artificial insemination can have a great success rate when it is performed on women with no infertility problems.tubal ligation is considered to be similar to Birth Control since it stop's birth.i won't say that it will not work in a situation as yours but not many women conceive on using artificial insemination after they have had tuabl ligation for so many years.my advice is please speak with your doctor about this before getting second hand advice of the net.
