By radio code I assume you mean the preset buttons.
To do this you:
- tune the new frequency you want to use
- press and hold the preset button to which you want to assign this frequency
the radio will go silent for a couple of seconds but when it starts playing again the frequency has been assigned to that button
or
the radio will continue playing and there will be a 'beep' when the assignment takes place.
This is a very common procedure for many makes of car radios
