Place the cap in the top rack of a dishwasher. Turn off the dry cycle.

Put the baseball cap in the washing machine (NO BLEACH!) use Tide, or another detergent that doesn't have bleach and do not wash it with any other clothing. WASH IN COLD WATER AND 1/2 CUP OF SALT (the salt helps the color to stay in.) If your girlfriend, wife or a friend has a styrofoam head for a wig, this is perfect to stretch your cap over and let dry. If not, find a ball that the hat will fit over and let it air dry. NEVER PUT THE CAP IN THE DRYER.

You can hand wash your caps in the kitchen sink in about 10 minutes. Use cold water and liquid detergent (non bleach) and swish them around together to mimic the action of a washing machine. Drain and refill the sink with clear water and swish around once more to rinse. Take them outside and do a "tomahawk chop" with the cap in your hand to flick out excess water, then hang them on a clothesline with a clothespin holding the back of the cap (or the adjustable strap if the cap has one). It takes a few hours outside to dry, a bit longer if you hang them in the shade to avoid fading.

If your cap is wool, hand wash in sink with Woolite or other mild detergent. Do not wash in washing machine and DO NOT put in dryer. Pat the hat dry with paper towels then wear it until it's fully dry.

They have a special gadget called a Cap washer. You put the hat in it and then put it in the dishwahser or wahser machine, it is pretty cheap to buy on line.

It will depend upon what the stains are, but CLR is probably the best first choice, especially for "hard water" type stains. It is an acid, albeit fairly mild; so any finish on the terracotta, anything to make it shiny, might need re-application.

It can, as the absorbency is dictated by the weight and consistency of the paper used. Cheaper brands will usually achieve fiber absorbency at the expense of wet strength. So generally more costly towels will hold together better, rather than just absorb more.

Hello. A few steps can always be taken.

1.) Make sure your guitar is in a controlled environment in terms of humidity. Too dry and the wood will dry out and crack. Too humid and the wood will expand and warp.

2.) Always use a soft cloth when cleaning a guitar and never use anything abrasive. Try to find a "lint free" cloth. Also, an old cotton t-shirt can be used.

3.) Use an approved guitar polish for the body and always apply the cleaner to the rag first, not the guitar. Use a soft circular motion to apply the cleaner and then gently wipe it off.

4.) Don't forget the fretboard! Use a fretboard conditioner whenever you change your strings. Conditioner helps keep the fretboard from cracking and keep the proper moisture in the fretboard.

5.) Whenever done playing a guitar, you should always try to wipe off any fingerprints from the body, tuning pegs, etc. The oils on your fingers can cause corrosion over time. Try to wipe down the strings too. Just a quick swipe of a cloth can keep your stings lasting longer and sound better.

6.) A good can of compressed air is always good too to get into those tight spots. Use short bursts of air to get dust out of small right spots. Be sure to keep the can straight up when pressing the trigger.

7.) Finally, be sure to store your guitar properly. ALWAYS keep tension on the neck by keeping the guitar in tune. I use those wall "hangers" to store my guitars. Make sure too they are stored out of direct sunlight or not placed a location where the temperatures change often, i.e. by a door or window.

Usually with some degreaser for grease pencil. For regular pencil try an eraser.

Different inks require different solvents, and not all high gloss packaging uses the same ink for its printed information. Some solvents to try would include rubbing alcohol, turpentine, in some rare cases cooking oil, glycerol, etc.
