What tribes lived in Colorado?

The oldest known named peoples in the region of today's Colorado were the Ancestral Puebloans. (Though sometimes called Anasazi, that word did not really denote a tribe.) Prominent tribes residing in Colorado were the Utes, who lived in the mountains, and the Cheyenne and Arapahoe, who resided on the plains from the Arkansas to the Platte rivers. There were also the Kiowas and Comanches living south of the Arkansas River. Other tribes, such as the Pawnee and Sioux, hunted through parts of Colorado. Today only 0.9% of Coloradans are categorized as American Indian by the U.S. Census Bureau, slightly above the national average of 0.8%.

What is the weather of Colorado?

It can honestly be anything.

I've lived here all my life, never moved and I've been in some Mays where it was in the 90s and no rain which is a pain. Some times it rains, which is a blessing (in moderation).

Some times it has been 80s so not as bad, but the jet stream comes over the mountains and causes a wind storm from 60 to even 80mph that lasts weeks.

There a even times when we have had back to back blizzards in May with the temp around 17 degrees.

I mean it's April 23rd right now and we are being hit by a "blizzard" and the temp is 23 where I'm at....and I have 20 inches of snow outside. It's a mixture of stuff and it changes year to year. If you plan on coming to Colorado in May just look at the weather reports and be ready for anything, because anything can happen with the mountains directing our weather. There are times where the weather person says we will have a 10% chance of rain and we end up having a major flood in our area, or a "blizzard".

Is Colorado a good place to live in?

I personally think that Colorado is a great place to live (depending on where you live). but pretty much everywhere except for downtown aurora are great places to live in Colorado we have lots of sunshine! We are actually the state with the most sunshine. (don't expect it to be warm when its winter though) its not too hot in the summers most days, but extremely cold during winter. Winter usually lats about 4 or 5 months in most places but ours last about 7. Our weather is pretty un predictable as well. It has snowed in July and august down here before. but it was warm the very next day. Its very open with many parks. We are also the healthiest state. Colorado Springs (where i live) is number 2 on the healthiest city in America Denver being in 3rd. but the healthiest state all around. Its also very beautiful with plenty of fresh air. There is also a lot to do here! Snowboarding, tourist attractions, hiking, hunting, malls, movies, etc. I would recommend moving to Colorado Its great down here!
