Cuba was a democratic country right after and before World War Two. Italian, Jewish and other gangsters invested money to create casinos. This is only possible in Democratic countries not Communist countries because of certain liberties associated with it. Shortly after, it had a military coup in which Castro was instated as the ruler/leader/dictator.

Unlike america, in a dictatorship if they talk about the dictator badley they get killed. And in england they do not have an election like in a dictatorship or a presidential goverment. Instead it's the royal families if you are born in those families you become king/queen. (bet you already knew that)
