When muscles are active cells use nutrients and oxygen at a higher rate and produce waste chemicals and heat more rapidly Describe how the interaction of two or more body systems help to maintain?

During periods of high muscle activity muscles need more oxygen requiring the respiratory system to work harder (a person breaths harder) to take in more oxygen. This oxygen is taken to the muscle via the circulatory system. During periods of high muscle activity heart rate increases which causes the circulatory system to deliver the oxygen and nutrients to the muscles at a faster rate. Since the muscles are working hard they also produce waste chemicals and heat more rapidly. The circulatory system deals with this problem by releasing the heat through veins near the skin. The increased rate of the circulatory system also allows waste chemicals such as carbon dioxide to leave the body at a faster rate because it is delivered back to the lungs at a increased rate. Once at the lungs the carbon dioxide is traded for oxygen.

What was the dust bowel?

The "Dust Bowel" is a misspelling of the "dust bowl", a period marked by severe dust storms caused by drought as well as common farming practices. The dust bowl had absolutely nothing to do with your bowels, and everything to do with people moving further west to escape conditions in the Great Plains, many settling in California, especially the Central Valley. These people gained the derogatory nickname of "okies".

Generally speaking the intestines are either ventral (quadrapeds) or anterior (bipeds) to the vertebral column.

"Dorsal" refers to something on the back of the animal or toward the back of the animal. You can feel the spinous processes of the vertebral column on most domestic mammals, such as a cat or even a human. There is no room between those bone bumps and the skin for the intestines to hide.

"Ventral" and "Anterior" refer to something toward the belly of the animal. Intestines are close to the belly.
