The key word here is "married" which with most people means they are not available for a relationship. Don't mess around with a married man. It's that simple, saves everyone (the wife and the kids mainly) from alot of pain. If he is having problems in his marriage tell him to go work them out or get a divorce. if he would still like a relationship after divorcing and being respectful to the woman he made a "commitment" to, then I would say go for it.
