I think guinea pigs can certainty eat mango leaves if you peel it and don't give them to much because you don't know if its great for them.

Do you have your guinea pig in a cage with a wire bottom?? If so you should buy it a different cage as these are not good for the tender bottoms of guinea pigs feet.
What kind of bedding or shavings are you using for the bottom of their cage. They should have soft to walk on. I'll watch this question and get back to you if you have more answers or questions.
