Do you have your guinea pig in a cage with a wire bottom?? If so you should buy it a different cage as these are not good for the tender bottoms of guinea pigs feet.
What kind of bedding or shavings are you using for the bottom of their cage. They should have soft to walk on. I'll watch this question and get back to you if you have more answers or questions.

i have 4 guinea pigs, and i must say, they produce quite alot for such a small animal!! in around 2 hours each guinea pig produces about 12 poos! and around 1 wee! obviously this changes and this is only andaverage!
