I'm only on #12, and I already know that the one who looks like neither a gender dies in the burning Heimlich Hospital, #8, the bald one dies in the lion's pit with Madame Lulu, #9, Olaf's white faced women walked off in #10, and I think Olaf kept Fernald and took Fiona, #11, to help her find Widdershins, so that one doesn't count, and I don't know what happened to the three carnival workers, or what will happen to the horrible Carmelita Spats, or Esme, but Olaf, as I read from wiki, dies in 13 when he is harpooned and bleeds to death. It also said the other deaths were Kit Snicket, after having the adopted Beatrice Baudelaire, so there you go. I think at the end of #11 that they will meet Collette, Hugo, and Frank at the Hotel Denouement, where they have to beat Olaf to because it is the last safe place for the Volunteer Fire Department to gather on that Thursday.
