But its a felony to sell and a felony to grow in all states right now so be careful.

Phyllis, on the other hand, is always grumpy. She works the night shift (which could be the reason for her grumpiness, though it is rumored to be because of a love triangle). Then head over to the window for the Post Office. (that red square)
Talk to Pelly and "save a letter".
You can click on a letter and select read to...well...read it.
It really is that simple and (unfortunately) you can't do it otherwise.
