You should never have to pay to audition. It's you that they want. So unless it's a scam, they won't make you pay.

they have periodic auditions at fairs and public gatherings, you will register or just show up there and pick a song and you will sing it. then if they think you are good enough they will contact you. You can check out there site for places they will be. or send in an audition tape...but dont try editing your voice they will be able to tell. cause they will want you to come sing for them.

For example, Dadnapped was filmed in northern Utah, and Princess Protection Program was filmed in Puerto Rico. So you might want to try to audition for a DCOM, if they are casting for roles in or near your area. The Disney XD series Aaron Stone is shot in Toronto, so if you lived there, you could audition for a guest role. But Disney Channel has not produced an original series that was not shot in L.A. since In a Heartbeat in 2000.

Go to one of the audition centers (Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Toronto, Montreal, or St. John's). You'll sing to the producers, and if they think that you're good enough, they'll send you to the judges. If the judges think you're good enough, you'll get a Top 16 Ticket!

Any legit agency. Disney works with all of them. Just get an agent and you are ready for Disney Channel. Make sure you have lots of expierience though. If they ask for money upfront it is a scam. Legit agencies do not ask for money. If you make money, they make money. There is no special angency you have to work with.

The main thing is to realize that it's not just when they call you to do groups. They are watching you the whole time to see how well you learn and pick up the choreography. When you do the groups make sure to smile and make eye contact no matter how weird and stupid you feel. They don't want someone who is flexible and can do everything, but also someone with character.

Make sure it makes sense. Don't just do something that is random or showy for the sake of showing off. Also, make sure that you give each character a story arc that they follow and they want something in the beginning and work towards it. Don't be preachy. Unless it is a political piece, don't put your politics into it. Let your characters do the talking. Speaking of which, spend some time with the characters before you start putting the dialogue down. It will be immensely helpful and will help you create the voice for the actors to interpret.
