Who pays for damage as a result of a car accident on private property in the State of Florida?
The At-Fault motorist (via their insurance) is liable for damage to property.
It is the person who is blocking the private driveway's fault because they should have known not to park in front of a private driveway in the first place. However, if the private driveway is not marked with a sign of some sort to let people know that it is private, it may be the driveway owner's fault.

Is Michael cooper dead from a car accident?
He hasn't died. He is now able to have visitors. His jawbone is broken, so is most of the left side of his body. He has started rehab and his memory is coming back to him. It will take about a year before he has finished his rehabilitation. As it would if you where hit by two cars. So, no, he isn't dead. Hes a good friend of mine, how do you know him?

If a person who sues you was the person responsible for the accident, they have little chance of winning the claim. But they have succeeded in scaring you, reducing the chance that you will sue them. It looks like you must counter-claim, and say that you are waiting for the outcome of the court-case on the ticket for the accident.
If they are found guilty of causing the accident, no court will hold you responsible for their damages.

What is the fine for leaving the scene of a non injury accident?
It varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction according to a fee schedule established by that particular state's DMV. It is called "Hit and Run" in some areas or "Leaving After Colliding" in others. Did you identify yourself to anyone - did you leave any information with the other vehicle? It is an offense for which you can be arrested instead of just receiving a ticket.

Its the person that hit the car coming in to the parking lot because probably the bad car was speeding. :)
Generally, if you were in CA and I am assuming you are not talking about a fender bender or minor accident, you would lose your license and be required to make a filing to reinstate your license.
In order to maintain your license you may be required to file what is called an SR-1P or an SR-22 which is simply proof you have insurance in place. If your insurance expires or you let it lapse, the insurance company will notify DMV and your license will be suspended again.
Now you said the car you hit has insurance. This could mean they (the insurance company) will probably attempt to go after you to recover damages they had to pay on your behalf. You are still responsible!
