This, combined with her better sense of touch, allows her to feel vibrations a normal earthbender, or a normal blind person, could not. So the answer is no, unless you are both blind and an earthbender, which I doubt.
-Weird as it might sound, I am not blind or an Earth bender; yet I can feel vibrations. I don't know how although. All goes to show that you cannot make some assumptions that you have to be blind and an earth bender.

Many people like to pair up Sokka and Ty Lee. Though those people would love for Sokka to like Ty Lee, the TV show proves that he doesn't. Ty Lee, in the first few time she sees Sokka, shows interest in him. But it probably doesn't last. It's kind of like if you see an attractive person walking down the street, you don't actually picture a future romantic relationship between yourselves. Sokka obviously is more interested in Suki. They obviously show a romantic relationship. This proves that Sokka doesn't like Ty Lee romantically, for he is dating Suki.
If you are referring to like as in a friendship 'like', then I would agree to this. At the end, Sokka has nothing to really hate Ty Lee for because in the end, she stood up against Azula.
