Yes, provided that you use it within about 2 hours if it's not refrigerated, or about 48 hours if refrigerated. If you go the refrigeration route, be sure to shake the formula before giving it to the baby as any undissolved milk tends to precipitate out.
The above answer applies to milk-based formula products.
Are you smarter because you took 10 months in your mothers womb?
According to what I have heard, the pregnant woman is provoked when the pregnancy reaches a certain point after the nine months. This provocation gets the woman into labor. Therefore, you cannot even be in your mother's womb for 10 months.
Anyhow, I sincerely do not think that the period of time you are in your mother's womb changes your psychological capacities. However, it can definitely change your physical capacities.

Why do people talk baby talk to the elderly?
Those who talk baby talk to the elderly are under the misconception that elderly equals stupid or dim witted. The truth though, is elderly people can be just as quick witted and have a sharp mind, but they often have difficulty hearing, or even trouble speaking due to a stroke, or other medical problems, which leads to them not being able to speak well.
Elderly people should always be spoken to with the respect and dignity they deserve. Just because their bodies don't move as quickly as they used to, doesn't mean their mind doesn't. But even if they aren't as mentally sharp as they used to be, they still deserve to be spoken to and treated with the utmost respect.
Is it normal to have a green feces in one month old baby?
If you are breastfeeding, your baby's stools will be mustard colored, seedy, and runny. If you are formula feeding, they will be tan colored and soft. Formula-fed babies' stools are firmer than breastfed babies but they should not be any firmer than a peanut butter consistency. Some moms say that a breastfed baby's poop doesn't stink. It has a distinct smell that some describe as sweet but it still has an odor
Every now and then the notorious green poop may show up in your baby's diaper. You may take a look at it and ask yourself "how'd that get there?" There are many different causes for green poop. More than likely, if your baby has green poop, it's nothing to worry about.

But for men it doesn't matter how old they are. There's not timeline. If you're healthy you can conceive.
If you and your woman want babies but she can't get pregnant, then you can either do in vitro with a egg donor, or adopt. But only if you want to.

Are reusable nappies more environmentally friendly than disposible nappies?
Absolutely! Especially with all of the environmentally friendly fibres that are now being used in modern cloth nappies such as bamboo, hemp and soy etc. Along with changes in washing habits, no longer are we soaking nappies in harsh chemicals we let the sun do what it does best and that's to kill bacteria.
Not just are they more environmentally friendly they are also easy to use!
With reusable nappies you are the one that decides what your ecological footprint will be based on how you wash the nappies, whether you use the dryer or hang on the line etc, with disposables you don't get that chance.
I know in Australia we throw away enough disposable nappies to fill the MCG 7 times every year... how sad is that? Anyone who honestly thinks that disposables are on par with their environmental impact need to familiarise themselves with the revised nappy impact study done in the UK which has found that cloth are substantially better for the environment than disposables.
