A plie is a move that can be performed in any of the five positions of the feet. It can be either demi or grande. 1: for your side split lay on your back and put your butt up against the wall, than let your legs fall to both sides and hold for 45 sec. and build off of that than holding for 50 sec. than 55 sec. and so on. but becareful over streching can be dangerous,
