What is the value of a hillerich and bradsby co king of the field no 13 bat with league regulation engravement on the barrel?

The printing on your bat might be a bit worn and should read "Hillerich & Bradsby" the maker of Louisville Slugger bats. Before 1916 the company went by the name "J.F. Hillerich & Son co." so the bat you have that reads "Hillerich & Bradsby" should be dated between 1916-1920s The "J.F. Hillerich & Son" # 7 bat is dated before 1911. After 1911 they added "co." to the end of the name "J.F. Hillerich & Son" and I know of a King of the field #12 bat that dates to this 1911-1916 era. The bat might have had a decal on the barrel, and the price on a decal bat relies mainly on the condition of the decal. Because you thought the bat reads "Lerich & Bradsby" the bat might be in bad condition, and the decal might be totally worn off. Condition is important and if this is the case it will only sell at about 25% of the $200.-$275. price that the bat might be worth, if it had a full decal. The #12 bat I mentioned above sold for $200. with 70% of the original decal intact. Either way it sounds like you have a nice 1916/1920s era store model bat.

What is the value of a vinyl recording of the 1964 World Series Cardinal game?

A 1962 New York Yankees World Series program played at Yankee Stadium is worth about $75.-$100. in excellent - near/mint condition. A 1962 San Francisco Giants World Series programplayed at Candlestick Park is worth $150.-$225. in excellent - near/mint condition As with all collectibles, condition is the most important factor of all providing that the item is authentic. With programs/scorecards the slightest flaws will bring the price down significantly. An exceptional mint condition scorecard could sell for more.

Common flaws would be staining, foxing (yellowing), fading, creases, rips, loose pages, cracked binding, and writing on the cover. Un-scored programs will generally sell at a higher price than a scored program but sometimes it doesn't effect value. The over all condition, and how well the cover displays will.

The value on a "scored" program as opposed to a un-scored program can vary depending on the game, and collectors preference. In general I would say an un-scored program will sell at a higher price. Some collectors do not mind scored programs, or might prefer it scored. A game in note that might sell at a higher price "scored" would be Don Larsens perfect game in the World Series.

Photo Pennants are very popular with collectors. A 1965 Minnesota Twins Photo pennant is worth about $95. -$120. Condition is important, especially with the photo. These photos are typically creased. Vintage pennants are difficult to date to a specific season. Many pennants were for sale at the ballparks for several years in a row. Team logo's and artwork could help in dating. Often team will use the same artwork on other souvenirs like programs, and yearbooks making it possible to date to a specific year.

Most pre 1970 full sized (12" x 30") felt pennants sell for below $50.- $100. Photo pennants, and scroll or roster pennants listing team players, Championship, and World Series Pennants are more desired by collectors and will sell for more. Premium mini pennants offered by candy companies in a special offer for example could also sell for more. As with all collectibles condition is important.

Common flaws with pennants are missing ties, pin holes, frying, creases, and "crackling" on the printing. Sometimes people will trim down a pennant to rid it of the frying or other flaws like a flat tip (point) Caused by being pinned up and ripped off. Any of these flaws will degrade the pennant significantly. Are trading cards in baseball more valuable autographed?

It is best to have a baseball card signed that has a low value, and has less of a chance of growing in value in the future. Once a baseball card is signed it loses it's value as a collectible card, and becomes an item to display the signature. It is less appealing to the card collector, and the collectible becomes the autograph. The bulk of the value will rely on the autograph, not the card.

In general, a collector of baseball cards would rather have a baseball card without the signature. The signature would be considered as a flaw in the condition of the card and will lower the value. An inexpensive card will benefit but, if the value grows in the future it will be held back by the growth of the value of the signature.

In the world of collecting autographs, signed baseball cards have a lower value than signed photo's, and baseballs. There is a small community of collectors that do collect signed baseball cards, and this keeps the value down. They are in less demand.

It would cost you the same amount of money to have a Baseball Card signed as it would to have a Photo signed but, the photo will have a higher resale value. The baseball will cost a little more to have signed but, will have a greater growth in value.

What is the value of a 1969 NY Yankees Foul Ball?

1969 Yankees Game Baseball

The value of a "game used" baseball caught at a Yankees Stadium Game will rely on your ability to prove so. Otherwise it will be valued as a used Major League baseball, and will have a lower value than a baseball that is in clean mint condition. A Mint cindition Joe CroninAmerican League baseball could sell as high as $200. A "Game used" baseball would have to be accompanied with provenance, and the quality of the provenance will dictate the value. A letter from a player, team, or League official would be acceptable. A letter from a fan at the game would not hold much weight if any. Without provenance the added value will rely on the buyers belief in your story. The baseball will have a lower value in "used" condition.

What is the value of a 1960 all-star game autographed baseball?

ok so im asking how much it is worth.... it has a variety of names on there including mickey mantle, Stan musial, clete boyer, brooks or frank Robinson, im not too sure which one, i havent pulled the ball out for almost 8 years now.... but it has a total of about 15 names on there all from the all star game at Yankee stadium. i would appriciate any help you could give me.

Key SignaturesFrank Robinson was an All Star in 1959, and 1961 not 1960. So if it is a 1960 All Star team it would be Brooks Robinson's signature. For more help in figuring out what year the ball is from visit Baseball Almanac. I will leave a link for you on the left.

A 1960 All Star Team signed baseball with the key signatures Mantle, Maris, Mays, Musial, Mathews, Aaron, Clemente, Wynn could be worth Between $2,000.-$4,000.

Prices may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the baseball. Prices may also vary based on the amount of signatures, and key signatures acquired. The more complete the baseball with key signatures the more valuable.

It would be hard to put a price on the ball without all the names. The baseball would have to be compared with auctions of signed baseball that sold with similar names.

I took a quick check of some auctions and found a 1960 National League All Star Team Signed Baseball (PSA 8.5) for $2,780. If you had the same baseball, signatures, and condition without being authenticated you could land up with half the value or less.

If you need more help in getting a more accurate price contact me through my website keymancollectibles.com, and I will be happy to assist you.
