Are bats consumers producers or scavengers?
It depends on the type of bat. For example, a vampire bat, which sucks blood from other animals, is obviously not a scavenger. But fruit bats are scavengers because they scavenge for fruit.

Where do Flying fox bats live?
They live in the tropics and subtropics of Asia (including the Indian subcontinent), Australia, East Africa, and a number of remote oceanic islands in both the Indian and Pacific Oceans. At least 60 extant species are in this genus.
