If they were real i supose that you would be just fine. From what i have read, you have to be bitten to become one!! There are many different concepts of what vampirism would be like and how it would work; in the novels of Anne Rice, for example, it is necessary both to be bitten by a vampire and also to drink the blood of the vampire who bit you, in order for you to become a vampire yourself.

Considering the fumes from Bat feces can be deadly, probably not. That aside no feces of any creature should be eaten, there is a reason that the body removed it in the first place!

You have to close up all the holes that they're using to get in. It's best to do this in the winter, when they're off hibernating somewhere else. Other times of the year it is done with a one-way door of some sort, so they fly away in the evening, then can't get back in in the morning. You don't want to do it in mid-summer, though, because there are likely to be babies left behind while the mothers are off feeding. If you lock the mothers out, the babies will die and rot, which is worse than having live bats in you attic.
