It really depends on how old you are. I have got bebo and it is very good. There have been lots of improvements since i have made mine so be prepared to give a little bit of information and definitely your email address. Just type the word 'bebo' into google and click on the first one. Click sign up and then the rest is up to you!
Your IP is only visible by you, but the bebo staff do know when there is more than one person on the same IP account.

well you could go around askin people to look at your profile and then tell them when there finished friend request you then you can look at the names and see and plus you can get more friends
If you are under 13 and your parents have a child security wall , you can't use bebo.

Yes. At the top of your profile click "Friends"
Look through your friends and see if they are there. Look at the end of your friends list if you've added them recently.
If you don't see them
Click Requests made
When its loaded click "requests made". If the person is till there, it means they haven't decided or haven't been online to accept you
If their picture / name is gone and they are not in your friends it means they have rejected your friends request

print out the picture, glue back with glue stick, align it on the screen where you would like it to display on their profile then press down firmly and evenly and flatten out all of the bubbles. allow several minutes for it to dry. Next time you visit the page the picture should display in the same place on the screen.
scroll don to the bottom of the page and there should be a flag of the country it is set to. There should also be a small blue arrow click on the arrow and set it to the language you want or if you cant find the arrow just click the language.

it is not possible to add background music to a Facebook profile. There are applications for Facebook that allow people to listen to music while in Facebook.

You press the "shift" key and the button with to dots to make a ":" and then make a capital d so you get :D
